Trailer Warranty

You must validate your warranty within 30 days of purchase of your SnowBear Limited trailer to be eligible for our 1-year limited warranty and our 6-month limited paint finish warranty.

SnowBear Limited offers a 1-year limited warranty on each new SnowBear trailer against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials on all trailer parts. SnowBear Limited offers a 6-month limited warranty on each new SnowBear trailer’s paint finish. For best results on care, please refer to your Owner’s Manual.

The obligation under these warranties is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts or paint finish at the sole discretion of SnowBear Limited and such replacement or repair shall occur at a location designated by SnowBear Limited. These warranties do not obligate SnowBear Limited to bear the cost of labor or any shipping or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts. These warranties do not apply to a product to which alterations have been made, or to a product which has been abused, misused, neglected or improperly installed in any way, or not used for the intended purpose.

SnowBear Limited reserves the right to improve any of its products through changes in design or materials as it may deem desirable without being obligated to incorporate such changes in products of previous manufacture.

Bills for service, labor, or other expenses which have been incurred by the buyer without express approval or authorization by SnowBear Limited remain the obligation of the buyer and will not be borne by SnowBear Limited.

Warranty Repair Procedure

If your trailer fails to operate properly within the warranty period, the following steps
should be taken:
  1. Call SnowBear Limited 1-800-337-2327 to report your warranty issue.
  2. SnowBear Limited will request further information or documentation (including a copy of your receipt showing date of purchase or photos) to determine the cause of the defect or failure to operate properly.
If damages to the trailer or its failure to operate properly are because of abuse, neglect or misuse, warranty will be void and you will be charged for parts and labor. You can purchase parts from SnowBear Limited subject to their availability.
